The Washington/Alaska Patient Services Department can refer you to helpful resources in your community.  Call us at (888) 345-4572 or (206) 628-0777, then enter the corresponding extension.

Information Resource Center
For disease-related information (and assistance in languages other than English), you can also contact The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Information Resource Center (IRC).  The IRC is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET at (800) 955-4572 and online. IRC information specialists are social workers, nurses and health educators.

National education workshops
The Society sponsors a range of teleconferences and Webcasts on topics of interest to patients and caregivers.

Local links
The Washington/Alaska Chapter is building a resource list of organizations that serve blood cancer patients and their families in Washington and Alaska.

The Society regularly updates this list of links to organizations around the country that serve cancer patients and their families.

Join the Society's online community to meet others in similar situations, get support, and share hope.

Order free materials
The Society publishes many educational brochures and pamphlets that are available free to the public. They are designed to provide up-to-date information in language understandable by the layperson.
