Boy & Girl of the Year

The real stars of the fundraising campaign are the 2008 Boy & Girl of the Year, Will Oldham and Melody Howell.  Our Woman of the Year candidates are raising money in honor of Will, and our Man of the Year candidates are raising money in honor of Melody.

Will Oldham is 12 years old, and he enjoys swimming, reading, chess, and keyboarding.  He has completed the treatment for Acute Lymphocytic Lymphoma, and truly is an inspiration for others who are currently undergoing treatment.  He lives with his parents and his little sister, and they are all extremely excited that Will can be a part of this fundraising campaign!  Will feels extremely honored by everybody's fundraising, and thanks everybody who donates to the candidates!

Melody Howell is 6 years old, and is currently undergoing treatment for Acute Lymphocytic Lymphoma.  She is still keeping up with some of her biggest interests, including painting, dancing, and swimming.  She also loves animals, especially horses, cows, dogs and cats; when she finishes her treatment, she's even going to get a pony!  She is extremely excited about being the Girl of the Year, and it really helps her keep a positive attitude throughout the campaign.  Your donations and your help mean a lot to Melody and her family!
