The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will host the 1st Annual Cast a Lure for a Cure Fishing Tournament on November 15, 2008 at Lake Grapevine.  With your help, we can reel in the funds to help catch a cure and win the fight against blood cancers.  Just regsiter online or download this brochure to send in your $100 entry fee per boat and start saving lives today! 

Schedule of Events: Saturday, November 15, 2008
Lake Grapevine, Dove Loop
5:00 am - Open Registration
7:00 am - Tournament Begins
2:30 pm - Weigh-In Opens
4:00 pm - Awards Reception at Uncle Bucks Brewery at Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine, Texas. Includes awards, appetizers, flipping contest, raffles and more!

***Mandatory Captain's Meeting on Friday, November 14, from 7:00-8:00 pm at Bass Pro Shops.

Details:

• Tournament Director and Emcee of the event is Scott Gordon with the American Bass Anglers
• $150 entry fee per boat!  Proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission to find a cure!
• Each regsitrant will receive an automatic entry into the Championship Series for your support
• Great prizes!  First place earns $2500 worth of prizes, second place earns $1500 in prizes and third place earns $750 in prizes while saving lives!

• Register your team today!
• Need a boat, let us know and we can get one for you to use
• Send an email to friends, family members and co-workers asking for a donation to help raise additional funds for research and patient services programs
• Host an event:  Garage Sale, a Jean's Day at Work where employees pay $5.00 to wear jeans, a Happy Hour, etc.
• Attend the Captain's Meeting on November 14th
• Cast your Lure for a Cure on Saturday, November 15th!
