Sleepy Hollow Sprint Triathlon

Presented by Sleepy Hollow Physical Therapy

The first ever Sleepy Hollow Sprint Triathlon took place on June 28, 2009. Participants took part in a ˝ mile swim, 10 mile bike ride and 3 mile run through the legendary Sleepy Hollow and scenic Hudson River area.  The triathlon began and ended at Kingsland Point Park in Sleepy Hollow, NY. It was open to individual and relay teams.
 
The 2010 Sleepy Hollow Sprint Triathlon is tentatively set for June 13th.
