The Mother's Day 5k Run/Walk Program is an exciting opportunity to get in shape with Mom and the whole family!

• Shape up with our eight week coached training program
• Get your company involved and network at our weekly runs and socials
• Start a healthy regular exercise routine that will focus on building an individualized fitness program for a lifetime!

You can also just Run or Walk the 5K! 

• $20 if you pre-register by May 6th, 2009. 
• $25 if you register after May 6th, 2009 or day of race.

Or join our 1-mile Family Fun Run!

• $40 for family-of-4 if you pre-register by May 6th, 2009.
• $15 for individual child or adult if you pre-register by May 6th, 2009.
• Race Day registration - $45 per family-of-4 or $20 individual.
