The Washington/Alaska Patient Services department is here for you.  Call us at (888) 345-4572 or (206) 628-0777, then enter the corresponding extension. 

For disease-related information (and assistance in languages other than English), you can also contact the Society's Information Resource Center (IRC).  The IRC is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET at (800) 955-4572 and online. IRC information specialists are social workers, nurses and health educators.
