Dr. David Vesole, MD, PhD of Loyola University Chicago and Karen Burton, RN of OSF Medical Center will be the main speakers at this panel presentation, along with survivors Paul Baits, Jennifer Steinman, and Susana M. de Alvizuri.  This event is geared towards patients, family, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.  CEUs will be available for any nursing professionals and social workers who attend.
