LOCAL FEATURE
• The White Crow (3736 Mackinaw) in Saginaw will be hosting the Mary Travers Memorial Concert on January 29 with proceeds benefitting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. White Crow favorites Ann and Will Rowland will share the stage with Siusan O'Rourke and Zig Zeitler. Tickets are $15 in advance. For more information, visit www.whitecrowconservatory.com.
• The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is looking for passionate men and women to compete in its annual Man & Woman of the Year campaign, starting in March. The Man & Woman of the Year campaign is a friendly competition among individuals in the community who, through their fundraising efforts, vie for the honor of being the Man or Woman of the Year. The candidates who raise the most funds during the 12-week campaign will be awarded the title of Man & Woman of the Year. Candidates run in honor of the Boy & Girl of the Year, who are local blood cancer patient survivors. For more information or to nominate a candidate contact Norb Promo at 248-581-3903 or by e-mail at norb.promo@lls.org
