We are currently looking for a Team In Training Campaign Coordinator
Position Title: Campaign Coordinator
Position Classification: Exempt
Basic Function: Responsible for implementing certain elements of campaigns or projects or may implement entire campaigns for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society within the chapter"s chartered area.
Work Direction: Works under the supervision, direction and training of the Chapter's Campaign Manager and Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares elements of campaign materials required for the successful implementation of assigned special events. Provides staff support for volunteers required for implementation of assigned special events. Coordinates elements of promotional activities to ensure the success of events and to enhance public awareness of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and its mission. Prepares and/or coordinates and maintains assigned campaign correspondence, financial records and statistical reports as needed. Assists, as assigned, in the development and implementation of other chapter activities. Maintains a working knowledge of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society mission and its programs to address them. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Prior Team In Training experience a plus.
Excellent word processing and database management skills. Excellent public speaking and networking skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and judgement.
Minimum preferred education: Bachelor's Degree.
Position: Full-time, salaried. Must be flexible to work evening hours and weekends. The ideal candidate will be energetic, extremely well-organized and possess a minimum 3-5 years professional experience in sales and marketing and/or prior fundraising campaign development
