The National Capital Area Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society today announced that it will participate in the 2009 Washington Redskins Charity Challenge. The Redskins Charity Challenge is an exciting program designed to leverage the great name recognition of the Washington Redskins to promote charitable giving, both in Metropolitan Washington, DC and across the country. This year marks the second year of participation for the National Capital Area Chapter.

Participants who donate through the Redskins Charity Challenge will have their gift matched up to $100,000 by American Airlines - this means the impact of your gift will double this year! The Redskins Charity Challenge will continue through the end of the regular football season.
