Measuring your CML treatment response is important. My CML Tracker is an online tool to help you keep track of appointments, questions for your doctor, medications, side effects, test results and notes.

Use My Medication to review, add or edit information about your treatment plan, including start and stop dates for medications, and any side effects you experience.

Use My Test Results to add, edit and review your hematologic, cytogenetic and molecular test results.

Use Print My Tracker to print a comprehensive report to take to your doctor and/or keep for your own records.

Use Email My Tracker to email a comprehensive report  to your doctor or to others involved in your care.

The information that you enter on My CML Tracker allows you to personalize and use the tool's features. The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential; it will not be released to any other entities or individuals under any circumstances.
