What:
The Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour is a fully supported 2-day cycling event that is open to riders of all ages and abilities.  One of Wisconsin's most popular bike rides, the Scenic Shore 150 is the largest locally organized and supported event for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Check us out on YouTube!

Participants can take pride in knowing that they are riding to find a cure for blood cancers by having over 74 cents of every dollar directed to patient care and research.

The five-year relative survival rate for the most common form of childhood cancer, Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL), has risen from 4% 30 years ago to 86% today.  Bone marrow transplants were pioneered by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society researchers and have saved thousands of lives.  Since 1954, LLS has awarded more than $600 million in research funding, because we believe leukemia research findings are a key to finding cures to all cancers.

2010 Volunteer Goal: 300 VOLUNTEERS

The Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour could not succeed without the help of our friendly & enthusiastic volunteers. As a volunteer, you can make a difference to the millions of people whose lives are touched by blood cancers. The funds this even will raise will be invested in critical cancer research, patient services, & other activities to help enhance, prolong, & save the lives of people with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, & myeloma.

For more information on volunteering, contact Kim Kokott at 262-785-4244.
