Thank you to those who tuned into Comcast SportsNet on Oct. 25, 2005 for the Comcast SportsNet Sports-A-Thon presented by Easterns Automotive Group to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. It was an incredible event, raising over $226,000!

Some on-air guests included LaVar Arrington, Clinton Portis, and Carlos Rodgers of the Washington Redskins, Max Bass, the Society's National Capital Area Chapter's honored patient; Ray Regan, the National Capital Area Chapter's 2005 Man of the Year and many other supporters of the Society.
