School & Youth

One of life's most valuable lessons  best learned at a young age  is that we're all made better when we help others. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's School & Youth Programs offer children hands-on experiences that cultivate caring, respect and sharing with others. School & Youth Programs also give schools the opportunity to extend fundraising to the larger community, involving faculty and administration, school service organizations, community businesses and the students' extended families.

Pennies for Patients and the Back to School Program are among the many School & Youth Programs that provide help to patients and their families, fund research and increase public awareness of leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood cancers.

Our Pennies for Patients program will run January 26th - April 3rd, 2009.
