Call Center

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is committed to providing information, support and guidance to people living with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes or myeloproliferative disorders. LLS also provides information to healthcare professionals.

The Information Resource Center (IRC) at LLS provides accurate, up-to-date disease and treatment information.

Talk to an information specialist for help with the challenges of your diagnosis.

Information specialists help patients, families and caregivers to communicate with members of their healthcare teams and connect national resources.

They will give you the name and phone number of the patient services manager at your local chapter to connect you with community programs and resources.

Information specialists are

  • Master's level social workers and health educators
  • Available to speak with callers Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

Looking for Information About Treatment Options? 

Information specialists provide information about treatment options, including clinical trials.We 

  • Conduct free individual clinical trial searches for you
  • Help you develop a list of questions to ask your doctor about participating in a trial.

Callers may use the 800-number automated response system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to

  • Find the location of their nearest LLS chapter
  • Listen to recorded information about LLS and our programs
  • Leave a message; messages are returned the next business day.

View and Order Free Materials

Contact the IRC to order free materials. Booklets and other information are aslo available on our Web site, www.LLS.org .

Interpretation Services

Callers to the IRC may request the services of a language interpreter. Medical interpretation services are available in more than 20 languages.

Visitors to LLS.org can click on Web page translation for automated translation assistance. Keep in mind that this automated tool and can only provide a general translation of the page. For specific questions, please call the IRC and request assistance. Visitors can also click on "Live Patient Help" at the top of this page to chat with a specialist online (10-5 ET) or email the IRC.
