Call Center

Talk to an information specialist for help with the challenges of your diagnosis. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is committed to providing information, support and guidance to people living with leukemia, Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes or myeloproliferative disorders. LLS also provides information to healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with these diseases.

The Information Resource Center (IRC) provides accurate, up-to-date disease and treatment information. Our information specialists are master's level social workers and health educators. They are available to speak with callers Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. IRC contacts are given the name and phone number of the patient services manager at their local chapter to connect them with community programs and resources.

Order Free Materials and More
Callers may also use the 800-number automated response system to

  • Order free LLS materials about diseases, treatments and support
  • Find their LLS chapter
  • Obtain information about LLS and its programs 
  • Leave a recorded message. All messages are returned the next business day.

Interpretation Services
Callers to the IRC may request the services of a language interpreter. Medical interpretation services are available in more than 20 languages.

Visitors to LLS.org can click on Web page translation for automated translation assistance. Keep in mind that this automated tool and can only provide a general translation of the page. For specific questions, please call the IRC and request assistance. Visitors can also click on "Live Patient Help" at the top of this page to chat with a specialist online (10-5 ET) or email the IRC.
