Talk to an information specialist for help with the challenges of your diagnosis.
Information specialists help patients, families and caregivers to communicate with members of their healthcare teams and connect national resources.
They will give you the name and phone number of the patient services manager at your local chapter to connect you with community programs and resources.
Information specialists are
- Master's level social workers and health educators
- Available to speak with callers Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

- Conduct free individual clinical trial searches for you
- Help you develop a list of questions to ask your doctor about participating in a trial.

Interpretation Services
Callers to the IRC may request the services of a language interpreter. Medical interpretation services are available in more than 20 languages.
