A memorial or honorarium is a warm and wonderful way to remember a loved one, to honor a special person or mark an occasion such as a birthday, an anniversary or retirement. A memorial is for someone who has died; an honorarium is for someone who is living. The gifts help us battle blood-related cancers.

There are three easy ways to make a memorial or honorarium donation:

1. Mail a check to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
2. Make a credit card donation over the phone (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
3. Request a credit card donation form be faxed to you

When making your donation, please be sure to:

1. Make all checks payable to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
2. Be sure to include the name of the person being honored.
3. Include the names of individuals you would like acknowledged in the gift, e.g., spouse and family members.
4. Include your full name, address and telephone number.
