A memorial or honorarium is a warm and wonderful way to remember a loved one, to honor a special person or mark an occasion such as a birthday, an anniversary or retirement. A memorial is for someone who has died; an honorarium is for someone who is living. The gifts help us battle blood-related cancers.
There are three easy ways to make a memorial or honorarium donation:
- Mail a check to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
- Make a credit card donation over the phone (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
- Request a credit card donation form be faxed to you
When making your donation, please be sure to:
- Make all checks payable to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
- Be sure to include the name of the person being honored.
- Include the names of individuals you would like acknowledged in the gift, e.g., spouse and family members.
- Include your full name, address and telephone number.
