The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society provides a limited amount of financial
assistance to help patients with significant financial need who are under a
doctor's care for a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis. Reimbursement are processed through your local chapter and payments are issued directly to you.
Patient financial aid is limited to residents of the United States or its territories and US military personnel stationed abroad. This program is supported entirely by public contributions. Patient Aid funds are subject to availability Patient Aid funds are subject to availability.
If you you are in financial need you may
- Contact your local chapter to request a Patient Financial Aid application
or
- Print, complete and return the online application form in English or in Spanish to your local chapter.
