Big D Climb is a 52 flight climb (1040 steps) up one of Dallas' most recognized landmarks, Fountain Place. Climbers raise money to participate through sponsorships and personal fundraising and as a result are eligible for exciting incentive prizes! Also, our fastest climbers will also be recognized with a special award!

We thank everyone who helped to make the 1st Annual Big D Climb a huge hit raising over $25,000 for the Society's mission.  Click on the results tab to see the top finishers and don't forget to check out the photos! 

Fountain Place

Located at 1445 Ross Avenue in Dallas, Fountain Place is a downtown landmark Internationally acclaimed and designed by award-winning, I.M. Pei & Partners. At the base of the prism-shaped skyscraper lies an oasis of water fountains under a canopy of 225 native Texas cypress trees. It's landscape is comprised of colorful seasonal flowers, waterfalls, 172 bubbler fountains and one central fountain. the central court fountain is one of the world's most complex, consisting of 360 computer-driven water jets.
