Second Annual LMVYC Leukemia Cup Regatta

On Saturday, May 30, 2009, LMVYC hosted its Leukemia Cup Regatta!

Besides actual Leukemia Cup Regatta races, the day included a Poker Run on Lake Mission Viejo, silent auction, and dinner.  The event and entertainment brought together the local community while benefitting the LLS's mission: to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

The Leukemia Cup Regatta offers you the chance to participate in a very special experience: a Fantasy Sail Weekned in San Francisco on October 16-18 with ESPN Commentator Gary Jobson.  He is a member of the 1976 America's Cup championship crew and National Chairman of The Leukemia Cup Regatta since 1994.  Each sailor in the Regatta series is eligible to win great prizes from our national sponsors, including the opportunity to sail with world-renowned sailor and ESPN commentator Gary Jobson, national Regatta chairman.
